Cancellation Policy
To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, please review the following booking policies before scheduling:
Rescheduling & Cancellations
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require 100% of the service total to be paid.
* This payment may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment if the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days.
Rescheduling More Than 30 Days Out
* If you choose to reschedule your appointment more than 30 days from the original appointment date, the full appointment balance will still be due at the time of rescheduling.
* The payment will be applied toward the future appointment.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
* Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
* No-call/no-show payments are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future services.
Courtesy Reschedules
* I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. In some cases, I may waive the cancellation fee for loyal clients or one-time situations at my discretion.
* Multiple last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling may require a deposit to book future appointments.
Online Rescheduling Policy
* Clients who reschedule to avoid the cancellation window and then cancel the new appointment may still be responsible for the original cancellation fee.
* Excessive rescheduling or repeated appointment changes may result in loss of online booking privileges and require manual booking approval.
Deposits & Future Booking Requirements
* Certain appointments may require a non-refundable booking deposit.
* Clients with repeated cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
* Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
* Clients arriving late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. Full service charges may still apply.
